The WARN ZEON 12 delivers 12,000 lb of rated line pull for heavier trucks, SUVs, and built 4x4s that need more recovery capacity than a typical 10,000 lb winch. Its premium ZEON construction combines a powerful 12-volt drivetrain with IP68 waterproofing and full metal protection for demanding off-road use. A convertible control pack helps accommodate different bumper and mounting configurations while maintaining the ZEON's clean, integrated design. This version uses 80 ft x 3/8 in steel rope with a roller fairlead, providing a durable and familiar setup for vehicle recovery. Automotive-grade busbars support reliable electrical connections, and the winch is designed for fixed installation on a compatible winch bumper, carrier, or mounting plate. It is especially well suited to full-size and heavily equipped 4x4s where the additional 12,000 lb capacity provides greater recovery headroom.

Returns & Exchanges

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Complete with all original parts, hardware, accessories, and documentation
  • Approved for return by Overland Wanderers before being shipped back
