We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States—no hidden fees, ever.

Because many of our products are large, heavy, or high-value overlanding items, we work with trusted suppliers and freight partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.

We immediately:

  • Verify inventory with our supplier
  • Prepare your order for shipment

If an item is unavailable or backordered, we’ll contact you within 1 business day with options (replacement, delay, or full refund).

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product and warehouse location.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Smaller items: 3–7 business days
  • Large / freight items (roof tents, fridges, power systems, etc.): 5–12 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order shipping.

Freight Deliveries (Important)

Some overlanding gear ships via freight carriers due to size and weight.

For these deliveries:

  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Curbside delivery is standard (you may need help moving the item)
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment

International Orders

We currently offer international shipping by request only.

Please note:

  • Many products are designed for U.S. electrical standards (110V)
  • Shipping costs vary based on size and destination

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you notice damage:

  1. Note it when signing for delivery OR refuse the shipment
  2. Take clear photos of:
    • Packaging
    • Product damage

Then email us within 24 hours and we’ll resolve it quickly.
