The OVS XD Everest is the heavy-duty cantilever option for overlanders who want the strength of an aircraft-grade aluminum shell and the flexibility to choose either a two- or four-person sleeping configuration. Its expanding design balances a protective travel shell with the interior room needed for couples or family adventures.

XD-series materials and equipment include upgraded rip-stop fabric, a blackout interior, anti-condensation protection, exterior cargo crossbars, integrated lighting, and a heater/air-conditioner port. Stainless hardware and an approximately two-minute setup make the Everest well suited to demanding, frequently used overland builds.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs vary by product, size, weight, and delivery location and are calculated at checkout.

Most orders process within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after shipment is typically:

  • Standard shipments: 3–7 business days
  • Large or freight shipments: 5–12 business days

Oversized products such as rooftop tents, bumpers, roof racks, and storage systems may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require an appointment, and curbside delivery may be standard.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Multi-item orders may ship separately from different warehouses.

Please inspect freight deliveries for visible damage before signing whenever possible and report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products generally must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In new, resalable condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all original parts, hardware, accessories, and documentation
  • Approved for return by Overland Wanderers before being shipped back

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Some products may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees, including certain special-order, custom, made-to-order, final-sale, or manufacturer-restricted products.

Exchanges: We generally handle exchanges as a return followed by a new order. This helps ensure the replacement product is available, correctly priced, and compatible with your vehicle. Contact us before returning your item and we'll help you determine the best next step.
