Start a KC FLEX ERA LED light-bar system with the 10-inch Master Kit, which includes the primary components needed for a complete standalone installation. It works as a compact light bar on its own or as the foundation for a larger modular system.

FLEX ERA uses linkable 10-inch sections that can be arranged straight or curved, with interchangeable optics for tuning the beam pattern and an amber backlight for a distinctive low-output accent mode. Additional sections can be added later to increase width and output.

Choose the Master Kit when building a new FLEX ERA system from scratch. Owners who already have a compatible master section and only want to extend the bar should use the Add-A-Light Kit instead.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard shipments: 3–7 business days
  • Large or freight shipments: 5–12 business days

Oversized products such as rooftop tents, bumpers, roof racks, and storage systems may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require an appointment, and curbside delivery may be standard.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Multi-item orders may ship separately from different warehouses.

Please inspect freight deliveries for visible damage before signing whenever possible and report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products generally must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In new, resalable condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all original parts, hardware, accessories, and documentation
  • Approved for return by Overland Wanderers before being shipped back

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Some products may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees, including certain special-order, custom, made-to-order, final-sale, or manufacturer-restricted products.

Exchanges: We generally handle exchanges as a return followed by a new order. This helps ensure the replacement product is available, correctly priced, and compatible with your vehicle. Contact us before returning your item and we'll help you determine the best next step.
