Extend an existing KC FLEX ERA LED light bar by one additional 10-inch section with the Add-A-Light Kit. It is designed for owners who already have a compatible FLEX ERA Master Kit and want more width, output or another optical zone without purchasing a second master wiring system.

FLEX ERA sections link together in straight or curved arrangements and use interchangeable optics to tune the beam pattern. The modular design makes it possible to grow a compact bar into a wider bumper or overhead system as the vehicle build evolves.

This is an expansion component rather than a standalone starting kit. Confirm compatibility with the existing FLEX ERA system before adding the section.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs vary by product, size, weight, and delivery location and are calculated at checkout.

Most orders process within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after shipment is typically:

  • Standard shipments: 3–7 business days
  • Large or freight shipments: 5–12 business days

Oversized products such as rooftop tents, bumpers, roof racks, and storage systems may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require an appointment, and curbside delivery may be standard.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Multi-item orders may ship separately from different warehouses.

Please inspect freight deliveries for visible damage before signing whenever possible and report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products generally must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In new, resalable condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all original parts, hardware, accessories, and documentation
  • Approved for return by Overland Wanderers before being shipped back

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Some products may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees, including certain special-order, custom, made-to-order, final-sale, or manufacturer-restricted products.

Exchanges: We generally handle exchanges as a return followed by a new order. This helps ensure the replacement product is available, correctly priced, and compatible with your vehicle. Contact us before returning your item and we'll help you determine the best next step.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and keep all original packaging and shipping materials.
