Build a modular KC FLEX ERA light bar in a 40-inch configuration using four linked 10-inch modules. The system can be arranged straight or curved, making it easy to follow the shape of a bumper, rack or overhead mounting surface.

Each FLEX ERA section delivers high-output forward lighting through interchangeable optics and includes an amber backlight for a distinctive low-output accent mode. Because the system is modular, owners can tune overall width, curvature and beam mix rather than being locked into one fixed bar design.

This 40-inch setup is particularly well suited to wide bumpers, roof racks and full-size front-end openings. Confirm available mounting space, compatible brackets and electrical capacity before installation.

Oversized products such as rooftop tents, bumpers, roof racks, and storage systems may ship via freight carrier. Freight deliveries may require an appointment, and curbside delivery may be standard.

Returns & Exchanges

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products generally must be:

  • In new, resalable condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all original parts, hardware, accessories, and documentation
  • Approved for return by Overland Wanderers before being shipped back

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
